1. Digital Products – Instant Access
All digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. You will receive a download link via Etsy and/or email confirmation.

2. Physical Products – Shipping Details
We ship physical products from the United States to various locations.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing times may vary based on demand, stock availability, or unforeseen delays.

If your package arrives damaged, please provide:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

4. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- If you need to update your shipping address, contact us ASAP. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
- Cancellations are only possible before shipping. Once an item is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
