1. Digital Products – Instant Access

All digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. You will receive a download link via Etsy and/or email confirmation.

  • No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.
  • If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us via Etsy messaging.

2. Physical Products – Shipping Details

We ship physical products from the United States to various locations.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may vary based on demand, stock availability, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.
  3. If still unresolved, contact us via Etsy messaging for further assistance.

If your package arrives damaged, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Your order number.

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

4. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us ASAP. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • Cancellations are only possible before shipping. Once an item is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
